Skills

Copy a skill into Claude and it works

Each one is the actual file, not a description of what is possible. Paste it into Claude, connect your account, and it runs against your own data through the gateway.

Every morning I open three inboxes and two calendars to find out what today actually needs from me, and I still miss the clash between them.

One self-addressed brief: today's events across every calendar with the conflicts called out, the mail that needs a human grouped by account, and a task created for each thing you owe someone, with the noise labelled and marked read so it can be audited or undone.

My inbox is full of things I don't need to read, and the two that matter are buried.

We agreed the action items in the retro. They are on the page. Nobody filed them, and by Thursday nobody remembers them.

The receipt is in my personal inbox and the thread about it is in my work one, and I am the one switching between them.

One answer assembled from every account you connected, or from exactly the one you name.

The summary already exists. Turning it into slides is an hour of work nobody wants to do.

A structured deck built from the document you already wrote, ready to edit rather than ready to present.

Every Friday someone asks what I got done this week, and I rebuild the answer from memory.

A written weekly update in Google Docs, built from your own calendar and sent mail, with a Sheet that indexes every week.

A 'share what you're building' thread has a hundred products buried in comments, and I want them as a directory I can sort, share, and keep current.

A formatted, deduplicated Google Sheet directory built from a thread, safe to share publicly, with every entry summarized in your words rather than pasted from the pitch.

What you need to run one

A DataToRAG account with Google Workspace connected, and the gateway URL in your Claude client. The skills are readable without any of that, so read first and connect when one is worth running. Getting started.
